Holiday Lighting Installation

Your home glows. You skip the ladder.

ASR designs, installs, and takes down custom holiday lighting for homes and businesses across Massachusetts. The same crews who service high-rise facades handle your roofline, so it goes up straight, stays lit all season, and comes down clean in January.

Why hire it out

The lights are the easy part. The roof isn’t.

Most holiday lighting injuries happen on a ladder, not on the ground. Steep pitches, ice underfoot, and gutters that weren’t built to hold a full body weight make roofline lighting one of the more dangerous DIY jobs of the season.

It’s also where ASR already works. Our crews are trained and equipped for facade and high-rise access year round, so a two-story eave line or a commercial storefront is well within what we do every week.

We design the layout first, run commercial-grade LED strands on dedicated clips, not staples or nails, and stand behind the install for the whole season, not just the day we hang it.

#1Cause of holiday-season ER visits nationally is falls from ladders and roofs.

Scope of work

Every strand, from the eaves to the entry

A full-service holiday lighting program, not just a box of lights left on your porch.

01

Roofline & eave lighting

C9 or mini-LED strands clipped cleanly along rooflines, gables, and eaves, run on commercial-grade fasteners built to hold through wind and ice.

02

Wreaths & garland

Entryway wreaths, door swags, and garland runs along railings and porches, installed and secured so wind doesn’t take them down overnight.

03

Trees & shrub wrapping

Trunk-wrapped trees and lit shrubs across the yard, spaced and layered so the display reads as one design instead of scattered strands.

04

Custom displays & timers

Layout planning around your home’s actual architecture, plus programmable timers so the display turns on and off without anyone touching a switch.

05

Takedown & storage

A scheduled January takedown, with lights coiled, labeled, and boxed. Ask about seasonal storage so next year’s install starts from a packed bin, not a knot.

06

Storefront & lobby lighting

Storefront eaves, window frames, and lobby trees lit for the season, sized for a single location or a full portfolio of properties.

How it works

Booked once, handled through January

One conversation in the fall covers the whole season, design through takedown.

STEP 01

Design consult

We walk the property, talk through the look you want, and map out strand runs, colors, and accent points.

STEP 02

Custom install

Crews install on dedicated clips, not nails or staples, so your roofline and siding stay undamaged.

STEP 03

Season-long support

If a strand goes out or a storm knocks something loose, we come back and fix it at no extra charge.

STEP 04

Takedown & storage

We schedule a January takedown, coil and label everything, and store it if you’d rather not find space in the garage.

For your business

A storefront that looks intentional, not last-minute.

Holiday lighting is one of the cheapest ways to signal that a business is open, cared for, and worth walking into. We coordinate install and takedown across single storefronts or full commercial portfolios on one schedule.

  • Consistent lighting across multiple locations
  • After-hours install to avoid disrupting customers
  • Timers synced to your operating hours
  • Same crews and insurance as your facade maintenance

For your home

Up before the first snow. Down before spring.

You get the porch and the roofline lit without spending a weekend on a ladder in the cold, and without a string of lights still hanging in March because nobody wants to climb back up.
